Thank you for shopping at jJuliassheabutters.com. Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns, exchanges or refunds policy. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. If your order is damaged, or you are missing items, please email us with your order number to oilpalace@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. We will respond within 24-48  business hours. Any reports of damaged items should be accompanied by a photo of the issue. This is a necessary step for our claims process.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Julia shea Butters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a confirmed delivery receipt at the address entered by the customer when ordering. Upon inquiry, Julias Shea Butters will verify delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information, as well as ensure optimal delivery conditions to include safeguarding the package once delivered. Customers should contact the carrier for any information regarding delivery or any discrepancies thereof. A tracking number will help facilitate the carrier in their investigation.
